Stephen Weiss
Senior Managing Director, Head of Institutional Equities
Stephen Weiss's career in institutional equities spans more than 20 years and includes some of the most prestigious firms on Wall Street. Prior to joining the firm, he was Co-Founder and Managing Member of Short Hills Capital Partners, LLC. For five years, he served as Managing Director and Head of U.S. Cash Sales for Lehman Brothers, where he led a 125-person team selling U.S. Research Product, as well as the distribution of non-dollar product in the U.S. Prior to that, Mr. Weiss was Global and U.S. Research Product Manager for Salomon Brothers, responsible for content, creativity and quality of product. Mr. Weiss began his career as an institutional salesperson for Oppenheimer & Company and later worked at Salomon Brothers. Mr. Weiss also worked in a senior management capacity at SAC Capital, LLC and was a tax attorney before entering the securities industry.
