Job Title: Client Service Manager

MEDACorp is a division of Leerink Swann LLC that provides biomedical consulting services to Life Sciences companies and their investors. Through its internal team of experts and its dedicated external network of academic and community healthcare professionals, MEDACorp assesses the viability of cutting-edge medical technologies, thus giving decision makers the information they need to perform.
This position requires a healthcare focused, client-facing manager to manage and review MEDACorp’s day to day operations including management and supervision of the client service staff. In this role you will interface with financial clients, industry clients and Leerink Swann business units.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of the staff in consultant liaison and market research activities. Includes: client communications (internal and external), high level decision making, conflict resolution and compliance on client deliverables and revenue review
- Interview, recruit and hire new staff as necessary; manage team compensation and performance management
- Develop a robust set of metrics to manage and track the utilization of our physician network, client service desk and monitor our clients.
- Manage and recommend ideas related to changes in competitive landscape that could change pricing or product offerings
- Work closely with the project teams and provide regular two-way communication between the client and team to provide strong team representation and delivery of client expectations
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- BA/BS required.
- At least 5 years experience in supervising a large staff in a customer service focused environment
- 2-3 yrs experience with healthcare/life sciences or financial services
- Strong analytical and budgeting skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication skills and willingness to take initiative
