Prior to joining Leerink Swann in 2008, Frederick (Rick) Wise was a Senior Managing Director and Medical Supplies and Devices analyst with Bear Stearns. For the past eleven years, he has been a member of the Institutional Investor All-America Research Team, most recently with a #3 ranking in the 2007 poll.  He was also ranked #4 in the 2007 Greenwich Associates U.S. Equity Analysts poll. Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Mr. Wise served as an analyst at Kidder, Peabody & Co. and Forbes, Inc. Mr. Wise received an M.M .and a B.M. from the Manhattan School of Music. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
