Prior to joining Leerink Swann in 2008, Jason Gurda spent 6 years at Bear Stearns, where he held the position of Equity Research Analyst in Healthcare Facilities for 4 years. He was ranked #3 in the 2007 Institutional Investor All-America Research Team poll and ranked #4 in the 2007 Greenwich Associates U.S. Equity Analysts poll.  Before joining Bear Stearns, Mr. Gurda was a research associate with Brean Murray & Co. and Gruntal & Co. and served as a marketing associate at Prudential Securities. He received his B.A. in Economics from Oswego State University. Mr. Gurda is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
