To accomplish this objective, we:
- Conducted a comprehensive scan of M&A opportunities in the specified area
- Identified and prioritized 33 relevant clinical assets/companies based on likelihood of success, availability and strategic fit with our client
- Selected 6 companies on which to perform initial due diligence in terms of technical/clinical feasibility and commercial attractiveness
- Recommended multiple, high-quality M&A opportunities
- Continued working closely with the client to perform transaction support through:
- Detailed due diligence on selected opportunities
- Financial modeling
- Transaction management
- Advice on optimal deal structures
