Kristin Oeste is Managing Director, Head of Corporate Access at Leerink Partners.

Kristin joined the firm in 2021 from Barclays where she was most recently the Global Head of Corporate Access. She was responsible for creating and executing strategy for Corporate Marketing, Analyst Marketing, and Premier Events globally.  In addition, she advised all UK banking clients on US investor access, executing on all NDR’s and bespoke opportunities. She maintained client relationships by partnering with key accounts to deliver targeted results within their highest priority needs. Prior to her seven years at Barclays, Kristin was in Institutional Equity Sales & Corporate Access at Consumer Edge Research. Previously to that, she worked on the Institutional Equity Trading desk at Bank of America – Merrill Lynch.

She earned her BBA in Business Economics from the Sellinger School of Business and Economics at Loyola University Maryland.
