Boston, MA—October 19, 2015—LEERINK Partners, a leading healthcare investment bank, announced that Chad Moore has joined its Investment Banking Team as a Managing Director and will lead the Pharmaceutical Outsourcing effort. Mr. Moore will report to Doug Brown, Senior Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Services.

Mr. Moore brings over 20 years of experience and expertise to LEERINK Partners. Most recently, he was the Head of the Pharmaceutical Services & IT sector coverage teams at Robert W. Baird and advised clients on more than 25 transactions during his tenure. Earlier this year, Mr. Moore advised Nautic Partners on the sale of Theorem Clinical Research to Chiltern International. Prior to Baird, Mr. Moore worked at PRA Health Sciences (formerly PRA International), a contract research organization, where he worked closely with executive management and oversaw PRA’s corporate development activities.
